WELL TREATMENT

Crude oil is comprised of a complex mixture of hydrocarbons that include asphaltene, paraffin, and scale. These compounds accumulate in the wellbore, in tubing, production lines, and equipment, hindering production.

The Legacy 7 SurfSol well treatment solution is patent protected, and has been used in thousands of existing producing wells across the United States. Legacy 7 SurfSol, when injected into the well bore, reverses impeded flow due to blockage or buildup from the accumulation of asphaltene and paraffin. It is best suited for fields that have experienced a consistent decline in production due to asphaltene and paraffin buildup. The treatment process is performed by a Buffalo Oilfield Supply tech utilizing a mobile setup. The treatment is pumped down the backside of the tubing into the wellbore. Once the entire treatment volume has been pumped into the wellbore, a circulating hose is connected to the wellhead, and the pumping unit is activated. The entire treatment process takes no longer than 2 hours, and production downtime is limited to 24-48 hours. Multiple nearby wells can be treated on a single truck roll to improve efficiency. Post treatment affluent is 100% oil treatment facility compatible.
