Richard Soto
Vice President
Buffalo Oilfield Supply
Richard Soto currently holds to the position of Vice President/Sales for Buffalo Oilfield Supply. He has been in the oilfield industry for 25 years. After a short time on a roustabout crew for Phillips 66, Richard went to work at Andrews Pump and Supply as a downhole pump technician in 1994. He worked up through the ranks, and earned the opportunity to supervise the pump shop. After 10 years at Andrews Pump and Supply, Richard took the position of Pump Shop Manager at Wilson Supply, and also worked in Sales. In 2006, the Chase family purchased Production Specialty Services. Richard accepted a position in Outside Sales with the company. He helped to establish a large clientele, and was quickly promoted to Branch Manager in the Carlsbad, NM location the same year. In 2008, Richard was transferred to the Artesia, NM location, and promoted to Area Manager where he was responsible for all NM operations and sales for locations in Artesia, Carlsbad, Lovington, and Eunice. In 2010, Production Specialty Services was sold, and Buffalo Oilfield Supply was established. Richard played a large role in developing the company as a quality and customer service driven division of Chase Energy Services.
Chad LaRue

A native Artesian, Chad LaRue was raised through high school graduation in Artesia. After graduation, he began his higher education at NMSU, and continued on at Tarrant County College while working several different industries in the DFW area. In 2004, Chad moved home to Artesia where he began working as a machinist for Silver Oak Drilling specializing in API tool joint connections, OCTG, downhole pump parts, and general oilfield precision metal fabrication. During this time, Chad attended University of Phoenix, and graduated in 2012 with his Bachelor of Science Business Management and Administration Degree. In January 2013, Chad joined the Buffalo Oilfield Supply team as Inventory Systems Specialist where his duties were inventory control, planning, and analysis. In 2014, the growth of business led Chad to become Assistant Manager. Then, in 2015, Chad took the opportunity to become the General Manager of Buffalo Oilfield Supply, and remains the position over all operations of Buffalo Oilfield Supply today.
Frankie Grado
District ALS Manager

Frankie Grado Jr. is currently the ALS Manager for Buffalo Oilfield Supply. He is responsible for Buffalo’s pump shop, well treatment solutions, and KimRay valve repair. No stranger to the oilfield industry, Frankie has 35 years’ experience troubleshooting wells, assisting in downhole rod designs, pump designs, and well tracking programs. Before joining Buffalo Oilfield Supply in January 2016, Frankie worked for a diverse range of companies including PVOI, Trico Industries, George Young Sales, and Andrews Pump and Supply. At George Young Sales, he started the pump shop, and then went to Andrews Pump and Supply where he became the Regional Manager opening three locations for the company. Passionate about his work, Frankie strives to find cost effective solutions to well problems, extend the life of KimRay valves through rebuild services, and of course, provides excellent customer service to ensure full customer satisfaction.
